Branch: Is there a role for lawyers in crowdfunding campaigns
By http://profile.typepad.com/1237764140s22740 // August 23, 2012 in Crowdfunding, JOBS Act, Legal DocsVeronica Picciafuoco started a branch on the topic of containing lawyer fees in crowdfunding financings.
I've read a branch before, but, until last night, had not posted to one. It's fun!
Great branch about “Why are people upset with Twitter?” with @cap @rickwebb on @branch. on.branch.com/PdIcKm

I'm not sure how accessible branches are to everyone, so I'll embed what the discussion contains so far. [Update: whoops; the code did not take. And my html skills are too rudimentary for me to fix it. :/ I'll embed a tweet from Veronica instead.]
Many of the readers and commenters on this blog would be interested in this subject, I know. It kind of combines the "legal docs" standardization topic with the JOBS Act, angel investing and equity crowdfunding topics. If you want to jump in but are having problems accessing, let me know and I'll see if I can send you an invite like Veronica sent me.
